About Sky Meadow Country Club

How do I participate…..?

Residents of the Sky Meadow community are granted complimentary access to our clubhouse for dining services at both of our restaurants, and to attend our specialty dining events (wine pairing dinner for example) as well as our holiday buffets. We accept cash and major credit cards for food and beverage services. RECREATION

Our Recreational membership offers a family (children to age 21) all the services and benefits available at our private country club with the exception of unlimited golfing privileges, including swimming in our heated outdoor pool, tennis, year round dining at our pub and grill room facilities, as well as the social activities at the club. Our recreation membership calls for an Initiation of $1,250 (one time) and annual dues of $1,400, with a $400 annual food minimum. All of our memberships run from January through December.

As an added benefit in 2019, recreation members can now get out on the golf course for four rounds of golf per year, and invite a guest, under our golf guest policy at the daily greens fee rates.

Recreational members can access the golf practice facilities with a $250 Golf Range membership, and obtain golf instruction from our PGA professional.

GOLF

The investment to join as a golf member is very reasonable for our market – 25% to 50% less than the total cost at other private clubs locally for a golfing family of 4, before considering potential for assessments at our competitors. As a non-equity member here at Sky Meadow, you will never face assessments.

With a Family Golf membership, your family will all have full club privileges (unlimited golf, use of heated outdoor pool and tennis, private pub and fine dining restaurant, and social activities and an expanded social network) for a one-time Initiation Fee of $5,000 and Annual Dues. Family includes all resident relatives of your household (kids to 21). With a Single Golf membership, one designated family member has golf privileges, and the family has recreational, dining, and social privileges. Our Single Golf dues are $550 a month ($6,600 annual), with Family a great option at only $650 a month ($7,800). We also have flexible dues payment options with savings opportunities to be budget friendly, and make the club most affordable for your particular circumstances.

For golf members under the age of 37, we have Junior Golf categories offering a significantly lower investment requirement in two categories: age 30 and under, and age 36 and under.

You will enjoy a four-hour pace of play and unmatched course access, with 7 day advance tee times, as well as a full club tournament and event calendar. We have a variety of camps and instruction available for golf, tennis, and swimming as well to increase engagement and enjoyment with these sports for all your family members.

Camps – We offer a variety of camps for golf, for golf/tennis/swimming, and an all day camp in weekly sessions.

Privileges – Unlimited walking rounds, 6 days per week (closed Monday) with welcome staff at the bag drop; plus heated outdoor pool with pavilion and food & beverage service @ your chaise or table; outdoor tennis; private fine dining and casual pub restaurants in our 30,000 SF clubhouse, locker room with steam and sauna, holiday social events, and our welcoming network of like-minded members. Unlimited accompanied guest privileges to all club services with daily fees for golf ($72 weekday & $92 weekend – includes cart) and pool ($8/day) guests.

Amenities – The club hosts several golf events each season and the Men’s and Women’s Golf Associations sponsor their leagues and series of tournaments for member enjoyment. Power carts are never required, yet available @ $20 for 18; $10 for 9 (our layout and staff easily accommodates members wishing to ride 9 & walk 9). We provide optional amenities such as private lockers with shoe service, GHIN handicap, bag storage, as well as a fully stocked and staffed golf shop with a PGA professional on staff that manages our golf operations and provide instruction.
